Rental terms & damage policy
The short version
- Keep 'em clean. Totes should be empty and free of trash, liquids, and excessive debris at pickup. Totes requiring extra cleaning may be charged $5 per tote.
- Don't overload them. Maximum load is 50 lbs per tote. Damage caused by overloading or misuse may result in a replacement charge.
- Normal wear is on us. Scratches, scuffs, and normal moving wear are expected and never charged.
- Lost or damaged totes. Totes that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond reuse are charged at $20 per tote.
- Have everything ready for pickup. Totes and rental equipment must be empty, accessible, and ready at your scheduled pickup time. A $25 return-trip fee may apply if we have to come back.
- Plans change. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before delivery at no charge. Changes within 24 hours may forfeit the delivery fee.
